The event in Phnom Penh is the very first gala dinner of the 2017 Asia Property Awards series, which will culminate in the grand final in Singapore in November.
Here’s a preview of the Cambodia Property Awards gala dinner:

The resounding success of the first-ever Cambodia Property Awards gala dinner was a fitting way to recognise one of the most exciting periods in Cambodia real estate. The exclusive event – which was also aired live on CNC – not only rewarded the country’s finest real estate, but also brought together nearly 330 developers, designers, architects, engineers, analysts and suppliers under one roof.

Consuming a total of 124 bottles of wine, the inaugural gala dinner presented 13 awards to 15 shortlisted developers, with Borey Peng Houth Group winning five awards, including Best Developer (Cambodia).

Other notable winners include Embassy Residences by Urbanland Asia Investment Co Ltd; The Olympia City Development Co Ltd; and Rithy Sear, Chairman of Worldbridge Land (Cambodia) Co Ltd, who was named Real Estate Personality of the Year
by the editors of Asia’s industry-leading Property Report magazine.
